I was not happy about growing older until I read this book. Every senior, or one approaching that stage of life, should read this book. At least one copy should be in every senior living community. It will definitely change your perspective on growing older.
No matter how good a life we feel we have, growing old can be scary. There is the misconception that above a certain age there is nothing to look forward to.
This book has underscored that this is not so, that, on the contrary, when we get old is when we can have the best times.
I love that - makes me good and prepared for the later years.
A truly fun read.
